Terms of Use Last updated: 2026-06-25 These Terms of Use apply to your use of Spher, including the Spher mobile app, website, communities, safety features, content, and related services. Spher is operated by FourPirr AB, Org. Nr. 559376-2650. Before creating an account, logging in, posting content, joining communities, sending messages, writing reviews, or uploading any user-generated content, users must agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. By using Spher, you confirm that

you understand and accept that Spher has zero tolerance for objectionable content, abusive behavior, harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, threats, Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), or users who make the community unsafe. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Spher.

1. Eligibility

Spher is designed to support women's safety, community, education, and connection. You may only use Spher if you are legally able to agree to these Terms and if your use complies with applicable laws. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and must not use Spher if you are prohibited from using the service under applicable law.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person, create a fake account, misrepresent your identity, or create an account for anyone else without permission. You must notify Spher if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Agreement Before Using User-Generated Content Features

Before users can create, upload, post, send, or share user-generated content, they must agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. User-generated content includes community posts, comments, messages, reviews, profile information, photos, safety reports, group content, and any other content users create, upload, send, or share in Spher.

4. User-Generated Content and Zero Tolerance Policy

Spher allows users to create, upload, post, send, or share content, including community posts, comments, messages, reviews, profile information, photos, safety reports, and other contributions. Spher has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post, upload, send, share, request, possess, store, transmit, distribute, promote, facilitate, encourage, or engage in content or behavior that includes: - harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, intimidation, or abuse - hate speech, discrimination, or attacks based on gender, sex, race, ethnicity,

nationality, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other protected characteristics - sexually explicit abusive content, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, or image-based abuse - Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), grooming, solicitation of minors for sexual activity, trafficking or sexual exploitation of children, sexualization of minors, or any exploitation or endangerment of children - threats of violence, encouragement of violence, self-harm, or dangerous behavior - sharing another person's private

information, photos, messages, location, or identity without consent - impersonation, fake accounts, scams, spam, fraud, or misleading behavior - illegal content or content that encourages illegal activity - content intended to shame, humiliate, ridicule, objectify, or target another person - content that creates an unsafe, hostile, or abusive environment for other users - misuse of Spher's alarm, location, smartwatch, recording, reporting, or safety features Do not rely on "jokes", "anonymous posting", or "personal opinion" as an excuse for

abusive, unsafe, or harmful behavior. 5. Your Responsibility for Content You are responsible for the content you submit to Spher. You must only post content that you have the right to share. You must not post another person's private information, photos, messages, location, or identity without permission. By submitting content to Spher, you grant Spher a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, moderate, remove, and use your content only as needed to operate, improve, protect,

and provide the Spher service. 6. Community Guidelines All users must follow Spher's Community Guidelines. The Community Guidelines explain what behavior is expected in Spher and what content or behavior is not allowed. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Community Guidelines, these Terms will apply. 7. Reporting Objectionable Content and Abusive Users Users can report posts, comments, profiles, groups, messages, reviews, or other content that they believe violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Users can also report abusive users directly in the app. Reports involving suspected Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, or other threats to child safety are prioritized for review. Spher reviews reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior. We aim to review urgent safety-related reports as quickly as reasonably possible. If content or behavior violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, Spher may remove the content and may warn, restrict, suspend, or

permanently ban the user responsible. If you need to report suspected Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) outside the app, you may contact FourPirr AB at: admin@spher.app 8. Blocking Users Users can block abusive users directly in the app. When you block a user, Spher will immediately remove that user's content from your feed and prevent further unwanted interaction where technically possible. Blocking a user may also notify Spher so that our team can review the related content,

account, or behavior. Blocked users may be prevented from contacting you, messaging you, interacting with your content, or appearing in your visible app experience where technically possible. 9. Content Moderation Spher may use manual and automated moderation tools to detect, filter, hide, remove, or prevent objectionable material from being posted or displayed. Spher may review, hide, remove, restrict, or delete user-generated content at any time if we believe it violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or

creates risk for users. Spher may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, permanently ban users, or take other action if we believe a user has violated these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law. We may remove content or accounts without notice when needed to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with the law, or keep Spher safe. Serious violations, including Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child exploitation, credible threats, stalking, human trafficking,

or other illegal behavior, may be reported to relevant authorities or child protection organizations where appropriate or where required by applicable law. 10. Account Suspension and Termination Spher may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or if your behavior creates risk for other users or the service. We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that post objectionable content, abuse other users, misuse Spher's safety features, violate another person's

privacy, engage in Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), distribute Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), or otherwise create risk for the community. We may remove content without notice when needed to protect users, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or keep Spher safe. You may stop using Spher at any time and may request deletion of your account according to our Privacy Policy.
