Spher ("we," "our," or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, protect, and retain information when you use the Spher mobile application, website, communities, safety features, content, and related services. Spher is operated by FourPirr AB, Org. Nr. 559376-2650. By using Spher, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Your use of Spher is also governed by our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

Information Collection

We collect information that is needed to provide Spher's safety, community, account, moderation, support, and app functionality. We may collect the following personal information: - full name - birthdate - age - gender - profile information - pictures and other uploaded images - contact information, such as email address and phone number - location information, including GPS values, when you allow location access - emergency or trusted contact information that you choose to provide - device information, such

as device model, operating system version, app version, device identifiers, and technical logs - usage data, such as how the app is accessed and used - notification, motion, health, or smartwatch-related information when you choose to enable related safety features We only collect location information from users who explicitly agree to share their location for safety purposes or app features that require location access.

User-Generated Content and Moderation Information

When you use Spher, we may collect user-generated content and related information, including posts, comments, messages, reviews, profile information, photos, safety reports, community activity, and other content you choose to create, upload, send, or share. When users report content, report users, or block users, we may collect information about the report or block, including: - the reporting user - the reported or blocked user - the content, message, profile, review, community, or activity involved - the reason selected

by the user - the date and time of the report or block - account, device, and technical information needed to investigate abuse, enforce our policies, or protect users

Safety Features, Location, and Recordings

Spher provides safety features such as alarms, trusted contacts, location sharing during an active alarm, safety-related recordings, and smartwatch-related safety alerts. If you activate a safety feature, Spher may process information needed to provide that feature, including your location, selected trusted contacts, alert status, device information, and safety-related recordings or technical information. Your location may be shared with the contacts you choose when you activate or allow a safety feature that requires location sharing. Spher will request permission

before accessing protected data such as location, microphone, notifications, motion, health, or smartwatch-related permissions. If you decline a permission, Spher will respect your choice. Some features may not work without the required permission.

Use of Information

We use the collected information to: - provide and operate the Spher app and related services - create and manage user accounts - track user location for safety purposes when location sharing is enabled - share location with the contacts chosen by the user when safety features are active - provide alarms, trusted contact alerts, safety recordings, and smartwatch-related safety alerts - verify user identity and support the safety and security of our users - provide customer support

- communicate with users about updates, service messages, safety information, and relevant app information - analyze usage patterns to improve the app's functionality, performance, safety, and reliability - detect, prevent, and investigate misuse, fraud, abuse, technical issues, or security incidents Moderation and Safety Use We use user-generated content, reports, blocks, and related account information to: - review reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior - enforce our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines - remove content that violates

our policies - warn, restrict, suspend, or ban users who abuse the service - prevent harassment, hate speech, exploitation, threats, scams, spam, and other unsafe behavior - protect users and keep Spher safe - comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests Data Sharing Your location data, full name, age, gender, and pictures are shared only with the contacts you choose and only for as long as you permit, unless another lawful reason applies. We do not

sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except in the following circumstances: - to comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities - to protect and defend the rights or property of FourPirr AB and Spher - to prevent, detect, or investigate possible wrongdoing, abuse, fraud, or security issues connected to Spher - to protect the personal safety of users or the public -

to operate the app through trusted service providers who help us host data, send notifications, provide support, store information, analyze app performance, maintain security, or investigate abuse Sharing for Moderation, Safety, and Legal Reasons We may share limited information when needed to operate moderation and safety processes, including with service providers who help us host the app, store data, send notifications, provide support, investigate abuse, or maintain security. We may also share information if required by law, to

protect users, to investigate serious abuse, or to report Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), credible threats, stalking, human trafficking, or other illegal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities or child protection organizations where required by applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Spher, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, and protect users. Location data used for active safety sharing is retained only for the duration of time needed to provide the safety feature, unless longer retention is required for safety, legal, security, or enforcement reasons. When you stop sharing your location,

active location sharing stops. Some limited records may remain where necessary for safety, legal, technical, or security purposes. We may retain other non-location data for longer periods as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. Moderation Data Retention We may retain reports, block records, enforcement actions, and related moderation information for as long as reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent repeat abuse, enforce our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines,

comply with legal obligations, and maintain the safety and integrity of Spher. If content is removed from public view, we may keep a limited internal record where needed for safety, legal, or enforcement reasons. This may include records relating to reports of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, or other serious violations involving child safety, where retention is necessary to comply with applicable law, cooperate with law enforcement, prevent repeat violations, or

protect users. Data Protection We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Our security measures may include encryption, secure storage, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Your Rights

Children's Privacy

Spher is intended for users who meet the minimum age requirements applicable in their jurisdiction and is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information promptly unless we are legally required to retain it. Parents or legal guardians who believe that a

child has provided personal information to Spher may contact us at admin@spher.app. Prohibited Content: Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Spher, operated by FourPirr AB, has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Users may not use Spher to create, upload, store, request, transmit, distribute, promote, facilitate, or engage in: - Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) - child sexual abuse or exploitation - grooming or attempting to groom a minor

for sexual purposes - solicitation of minors for sexual activity - trafficking or sexual exploitation of children - any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children This prohibition applies to all content and activity on Spher, including images, videos, audio, text, messages, profiles, communities, comments, reviews, usernames, links, and any other user-generated content. Content or accounts that violate this policy will be removed as quickly as reasonably possible. Depending on the severity of the violation, Spher

may suspend or permanently terminate the associated account without prior notice. Where required by applicable law, FourPirr AB may preserve relevant information and report confirmed Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or other illegal child exploitation activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities or child protection organizations. Child Safety Reports Spher provides users with in-app tools to report users, content, communities, messages, reviews, and other activity that may violate our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use. Reports involving suspected Child

Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, or other threats to child safety are prioritized for review. If you become aware of content or behavior involving the exploitation or abuse of a child on Spher, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting tools or contact our Child Safety team at: admin@spher.app International Users Spher may process and store information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we take steps

designed to protect personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we may notify you of significant changes through the app, website, or other appropriate means. The "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when the latest changes were made.
