Community guidelines
Overview
Community Guidelines Last updated: 2026-06-25 By accessing Spher communities or any user-generated content features, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy. Spher, operated by FourPirr AB, is a women-first safety and community app. Our goal is to help women connect, share, learn, and feel safer. To protect that space, these Community Guidelines apply to all users and all user-generated content in Spher. User-generated content includes posts, comments, messages, reviews, profile
text, photos, community content, safety reports, and any other content users create, upload, send, or share in the app. Spher has zero tolerance for objectionable content, harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit abusive content, exploitation, threats, abusive users, and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
1. Lead with kindness
We are all here to share and listen. Treat others with warmth and respect. Different opinions are welcome, but hurtful comments, harassment, discrimination, threats, intimidation, or bullying have no place in Spher. Do not shame, humiliate, ridicule, objectify, or target another person.
2. Protect each other's privacy
What is shared in Spher should stay in Spher. Please do not take screenshots or share someone's posts, stories, messages, photos, location, identity, or personal details outside the app without permission. Never share another person's photos, messages, private information, or location without their consent. If someone chooses to stay anonymous, honor that choice.
3. Share thoughtfully
Only post content you have the right to share and feel comfortable sharing. Do not post anything illegal, threatening, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, misleading, unsafe, or harmful. Do not spread misinformation, rumors, or unverified claims that could create safety risks or harm another person. Please keep the community safe, reliable, and supportive.
4. Be yourself
Bring your true thoughts and experiences. No fake accounts, impersonation, scams, spam, fraud, or misleading identities. Do not pretend to be another person, organization, Spher representative, emergency service, or trusted authority.
5. What is not allowed
The following content and behavior is not allowed on Spher: - harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, threats, or abuse - hate speech, discrimination, or identity-based attacks - sexual harassment, sexually explicit abusive content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, or image-based abuse - Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), grooming, sexualization of minors, solicitation of minors, or any child exploitation - threats of violence, encouragement of violence, or encouragement of self-harm - sharing someone's private
information, photos, messages, location, or identity without permission - impersonation, fake accounts, scams, spam, fraud, or misleading behavior - illegal content or content encouraging illegal activity - content created to shame, humiliate, ridicule, objectify, or target another person - misinformation that could create safety risks - misuse of Spher's alarm, location, smartwatch, recording, reporting, or safety features - content or behavior that creates an unsafe, hostile, or abusive environment for other users
6. Keep Spher safe
If you see content or behavior that feels unsafe, abusive, illegal, or against these Community Guidelines, please report it in the app. You can report content. You can report users. You can also block users. Our moderation team reviews reports carefully to protect the community. In some cases, we may remove posts, comments, messages, profiles, groups, reviews, or accounts to maintain a safe environment for everyone. 7. Report and block If you see content or behavior that feels
unsafe, abusive, illegal, or against these Community Guidelines, please use the in-app report tool. Users can report objectionable content, abusive behavior, unsafe users, fake accounts, harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, threats, scams, privacy violations, Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), or any other harmful or illegal activity. Reports involving suspected Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, or other threats to child safety are prioritized for review. Users
can also block other users. When you block a user, their content may be removed immediately from your feed, messages, comments, and other visible areas of the app where technically possible. Blocking may also notify Spher's moderation team so we can review the related content, account, or behavior. If you need to report suspected Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) outside the app, you may also contact FourPirr AB at: admin@spher.app 8. Zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse
and Exploitation (CSAE) Spher, operated by FourPirr AB, has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Users may not use Spher to create, upload, request, possess, store, transmit, distribute, promote, facilitate, or engage in: - Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) - Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) - grooming or attempting to groom a minor for sexual purposes - solicitation of minors for sexual activity - trafficking or sexual exploitation
of children - any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, targets, or endangers children This prohibition applies to all content and activity on Spher, including posts, comments, messages, profiles, usernames, communities, reviews, images, videos, audio, links, and any other user-generated content. Any content or account involved in Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) will be removed as quickly as reasonably possible. Accounts may be suspended or permanently banned without prior notice. Where
required by applicable law, FourPirr AB may preserve relevant information and report confirmed Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or other illegal child exploitation activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities or child protection organizations. 9. Safety features must be used responsibly Spher includes safety features such as alarms, trusted contacts, location sharing during an active alarm, safety-related recordings, and smartwatch-related safety alerts. These features are designed to support personal safety. Do not misuse Spher's safety features to harass, track,
intimidate, falsely accuse, deceive, or harm another person. Spher is not an emergency service, law enforcement agency, medical provider, or replacement for contacting emergency services. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately. 10. How we enforce these guidelines Spher may remove content, limit visibility, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users if we believe they have violated these Community Guidelines, our Terms of Use, applicable law, or created risk for others. We may remove content or
accounts without notice when needed to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with the law, or keep Spher safe. Serious violations, including Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child exploitation, credible threats, stalking, human trafficking, or other illegal behavior, may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate or where required by applicable law. 11. Your data, your choice We may use anonymous or aggregated movement, safety, community, and behavior insights to help improve Spher
and support safer public spaces. Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You are in control of what you share, and you can update your permissions and settings at any time. 12.
