When you contact Spher, include enough context for us to understand what happened and what kind of help you need. For app support, tell us the device, feature, and account area involved. For partnership requests, explain what you want to contribute and why it fits the Spher community.

We do not ask you to share sensitive details in a public space. Use the form for first contact, then the team can guide the next step through the right channel.

If your message is about safety, abuse, account access, or a community concern, write what you are comfortable sharing and leave out anything that feels too private for an initial message. The goal is to route the request to the right next step.
